Who is this service for?

People over 18 years old who have a diagnosis of a neurological condition which requires complex therapy input or support. For access to our specialist nurses, you must be over 18 years of age with a confirmed diagnosis of MS or stroke.

What we do

We offer rehabilitation, therapy and support for people with long-term neurological conditions

Our specialist neurology therapy team is made up of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists.

We also have a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) nurse who supports people with MS to manage their disease as well as providing support and education to carers, health and social care professionals.

Our specialist stroke nurse coordinator offers advice, information and support for people who have had a stroke within the past two years. They also provide training for service users, carers and colleagues.
