Who is this service for?

The Community Children’s Health Partnership (CCHP) works with children and young people in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

The partnership is led by Sirona care & health, working with Avon & Wiltshire Partnership Mental Health NHS Trust, University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, Barnardo’s and Off The Record.

What we do

We provide all of the community child health and child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This includes:

  • Children Looked After Nurses (CLAN)
  • Community Paediatricians
  • Continence
  • Coordination Difficulties
