Sirona is welcoming inspectors from the Care Quality Commission to its health services across Bath and North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire this week. It is important to us and to them that they get as full a picture as possible of our services and the experiences that people have of Sirona.
Comment boxes like the one pictured have been placed in our clinics and hospital wards so you can tell the inspectors what you think about the services provided. Comments can be left in the boxes by staff, service users and visitors. These will be collected and opened by the CQC so we will not see what has been written but the comments will form an important part of the overall assessment.
You can find cards and boxes at St Martin’s Hospital in Bath; Paulton Memorial Hospital; Thornbury Hospital; Cossham Hospital; the Minor Injuries Unit in Yate and Riverside Health Centre in James Street West, Bath.
