Administrator / Receptionist

The South Glos Community Learning Difficulty Team (SG CLDT) is a multi-disciplinary team of specialist health practitioners who provide person centred approaches that are outcome focused. The CLDT works with adults who have learning difficulties and meet the eligibility criteria.

We are looking for someone who can be flexible and is able to prioritise their workload. This is a very busy role and varied role admin role. The role is office based currently at the Thornbury, but will in the next 6-9 months, be moving to the Church House office in Soundwell.

The Community Rehab Team are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC with community experience to join a supportive and established team. Sirona band 19 is comparable to NHS band 5 - Post qualifying experience in a community setting is desirable.

The aim of the Community Rehabilitation Service within South Gloucestershire is to improve independence, health and wellbeing and to maintain people in their home environment by rehabilitation and / or support. The service is mainly delivered to older people however it also meets the needs of some younger disabled adults when indicated.
