We put people at the heart of care to help improve services. There are four things we do to help achieve this:
• Involve people in decisions about their own care and treatment
• Listen to what service users think about how we deliver services to them
• Hear service user views on making changes to improve services
• Listen to service user views when making decisions about Sirona care and health
We increasingly deliver our services through an equal and mutual relationship between the professionals, the people who use our services and their families – this is called co-production.
