Following the recent successful award of the Adult Community Health Services contract in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire from April 2020, Sirona care & health is seeking to recruit to additional roles within their busy Resourcing and HR teams to contribute to the mobilisation phase of this contract. There are exciting and varied roles available, both to support with business as usual requirements and also mobilisation, working with our mobilisation teams within HR & Workforce.

Full-time and part-time roles available, fixed term until 31st March 2020

We are seeking an internal recruiter with the skills to help us to continue to provide a pro-active, responsive and business focussed resourcing service throughout the organisation.You will drive continuous improvement and best practice, ensuring the provision of recruitment and selection expertise, advice and support to recruiting managers and ensuring that we have efficient and effective administrative processes in place to underpin this.

Depending on your experience, key areas of responsibility for the role could include:

 

  • Working closely with Managers to forecast & plan recruitment needs

     

  • Arranging and hosting recruitment events and open days

 

  • Maintaining and further developing the Sirona temporary/casual worker ‘Bank’ and associated processes and systems

 

  • Identifying and implementing creative strategies to maximise candidate attraction

 

  • Co-ordinating and administering pre-employment checks and clearances (references, DBS checks etc.)

 

If you are used to overseeing high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment, confident in providing support and expertise to others in relation to recruitment, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience of overseeing the delivery of projects and campaigns in a planned, organised and timely way – we want to hear from you!
