Following the recent successful award of the Adult Community Health Services contract in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire from April 2020, Sirona care & health is seeking to recruit additional roles within their busy HR advice team and to contribute to support with the mobilisation phase of this contract until the end of March 2020.

We are seeking an HR Advisor with the skills to help us to continue to provide a pro-active, responsive and business focussed advice service throughout the organisation. You will drive continuous improvement and best practice, ensuring the provision of advice expertise, support staff and managers and ensuring that we have efficient and effective processes in place to underpin this.

Depending on your experience, the main aim of the HR advisor role will be to work as part of a small advice team to deliver a responsive, supportive and legally compliant first line HR advisory service for managers via telephone, email or in person, supporting with various projects, and ensuring up to date, legally complaint and intuitive HR policies.

Provide employment law expertise, maintaining up to date knowledge and keeping abreast of all changes and developments in employment law, advising coaching and communicating changes to others within and outside HR.
Work alongside HR Advisor colleagues to oversee, develop and update simple and intuitive HR policies and guidance.

Manage day-to-day relationships and relevant processes with external providers e.g. Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programmes.
In addition to the duties above this role will be expected to provide support with projects, including work associated with the mobilisation project, assisting with activities relating to the TUPE process and transformational change project work including partnership working with trade union representatives.
