The Board is setting aside up to 30 minutes for questions to be answered and will answer as many questions from the public as possible within that time.
At a virtual Board meeting, the Chair will read out questions on a first come, first served basis. This will be subject to the Chair’s discretion. Only one question per person is permitted at each meeting.
An answer will take the form of either:
- An oral answer in the meeting; or
- If the information required is not easily available, a written answer will be sent to the questioner and circulated to all members of the Board.
- If it is not possible to answer all the questions in the allotted time on the agenda, individuals will receive a written response.
Copies of the questions asked at Board and the responses will be published on the website within 14 days and be available on the annual register summary.
In the future as we develop the use of technology and processes, we hope those who wish to ask questions will be able to attend the virtual meetings to ask questions in person. Further details will be provided in the next few months.
