In line with national guidance we are slowly restoring our services. The focus will still be to see those most at risk on our current caseload and urgent referrals
Our urgent service will accept the following criteria:
- Patients with foot wounds that require podiatry input.
- High risk patients (including patients with diabetes) with callus and/or vascular insufficiency who are at immediate risk of ulceration
- Infected ingrown toenails which require nail surgery
Patients with urgent diabetes foot wounds or suspected critical limb ischaemia should be processed via agreed urgent secondary care pathways.
Podiatry Advice
During the COVID-19 period we plan to deliver a podiatry advice telephone line and email service, staffed Monday to Friday, 8.30-16.30 by a senior podiatrist.
If you are a patient looking for advice and guidance, please contact one of the patient enquiry lines below.
If you are a clinician please either use the clinician advice line or email.
If you are unable to get through in your area please feel free to contact one of our other locations.
