You will need to wear face coverings when you attend our premises. Anyone with a new, continuous cough and/or a high temperature or loss of smell should follow the guidance from  NHS 111.

  • Please come to your appointment alone unless you need a carer
  • Think Hands, Face, Space when you are with us by washing your hands regularly, wearing a face mask while on our premises at all times, and keeping two metres’ space between you and others
  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment
  • Less seating capacity means you may be asked to wait outside, or in your car
  • Please leave the building promptly after your appointment.
