District Nurses provide nursing care to housebound patients in non hospital settings such as the patient’s home and residential homes.

The District Nursing Services operate within three different teams, day time, twilight and overnight. These teams work closely together to provide 24 hours access to community nursing.

 You can be referred to this service by your:

• Other Health / Social Care professional
• Self Referral via your GP Practice

 

Hours of service: 8am – 5 pm
