that across the organisation we treat you with care and compassion, you felt satisfied with the service we provide and you would recommend our services to family and friends.
Some of you were less sure where to seek more support and some felt that we could do better and gave us lots of suggestions as to how we should do that.
Teams have developed Action Plans to address the issues that have arisen from the survey. They are being followed up in February to check on progress.
